No. Depending on the property, practical pathways can include individual split systems, a compatible multi-split system or ducted reverse-cycle. Coolcare reviews the home before recommending the final system.

Yes. Coolcare can help eligible customers access VEU incentives and manages the customer-facing assessment, quotation, paperwork, installation and rebate coordination process. Eligibility is verified before quotation.

Does Coolcare guarantee a VEU discount?

No. Eligibility, approved products, incentive values and program requirements are subject to current VEU rules and are confirmed before the final quote.

Who carries out electrical work?
