How much is a standard evaporative cooling service?
From 1 October 2026, standard residential service pricing is $264 for a single-storey home, $308 for a double-storey home and $143 for each additional appliance, including GST. Standard pricing assumes normal safe access.
Do you repair older evaporative cooling systems?
Coolcare services and repairs most major brands and system types. Older equipment repairs depend on parts availability, system condition, safety or compliance considerations and whether repair remains economically practical.
Are replacement and installation quotes free?
Yes. New installation and replacement-system quotations are free. Repair diagnostics and call-outs are not free.
Will Coolcare recommend one brand automatically?
No. Coolcare recommends equipment based on the property, requirements, efficiency goals, suitability and budget rather than promoting one manufacturer.
What workmanship warranty applies to a new installation?
Coolcare provides a 6-year workmanship warranty on new installations. Manufacturer product warranties apply separately under their terms and conditions.
