Standard pricing assumes normal safe access. Parts, repairs, major/deep cleaning and difficult or non-standard access/labour are additional where required.
The same standard single-storey, double-storey and additional-appliance pricing also applies to repair diagnostic/call-out attendance. Parts and additional repair labour are separate unless quoted.

No surprise repair work.
Our diagnostic fee covers the technician's attendance and fault diagnosis. If additional repairs or parts are required, we'll explain the work and obtain your approval before proceeding.
If the repair is declined, the diagnostic fee remains payable and is not automatically credited against future repair work.
Repair where it remains practical.
Older equipment repairs depend on parts availability, system condition, safety/compliance and whether repair remains economically practical.
If replacement is likely to be the better long-term option, Coolcare will explain the reasons and provide suitable alternatives. The decision remains yours.

Coolcare does not operate a 24/7 emergency service. Priority or same-day attendance may be available depending on technician availability and location, but it is not guaranteed.

Are parts included in the service or diagnostic fee?
No. Parts and additional repair labour are separate unless quoted. Major/deep cleaning and non-standard access or labour are also additional where required.
Do you guarantee same-day service?
No. Same-day or priority attendance may be available depending on technician availability and location, but it is not guaranteed.
What warranty applies to repair workmanship?
Coolcare provides a 12-month workmanship warranty on repairs. Replacement parts follow the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty.
