Where included in the quote, Coolcare removes and responsibly disposes of the existing equipment. Unusual access, asbestos or special equipment may require separate assessment and pricing.

Is a gas-heater replacement quote free?
Yes. New installation and replacement-system quotations are free. Repair diagnostics and call-outs are not free.
Will Coolcare tell me I have to replace an older heater?
No. Coolcare does not use a rigid age rule. If the system can be repaired economically, we will explain that option. If replacement is likely to be the better long-term choice, we will explain why and provide suitable options.
Can existing ductwork be reused?
Existing ductwork may be reused if suitable after inspection. Damaged, leaking, undersized or unsuitable ductwork is separately quoted for repair, upgrade or replacement.
What is the standard installation payment arrangement?
The standard arrangement is a 50% deposit with the remaining 50% due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Quotes are normally valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated, subject to equipment availability and supplier pricing.
